26th Singapore Open Windsurfing Championship

The 26th Singapore Open Windsurfing Championship will be held at the East Coast beach in Singapore. It is an annual event organized by the BSAS with the support of the Singapore Sailing Federation (SSF).

The Board Sailing Association Singapore (BSAS) has announced that a total of 15 complete sets of RS:X boards and rigs will be available for charter at the upcoming Singapore Open Windsurfing Championship from 28-31 December 2005.

Boards and rigs will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, to allow for participation from more countries, each country is allowed a maximum of three sets of board and rig. Additional requests will be placed on a waitlist. For more details, please refer to the Notice of Race.

Please note that further information on the Singapore Open including amendments to the Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions, press releases will be posted on the BSAS website at http://www.singaporewindsurfing.com/.

The Singapore Open takes place during the northeast monsoon season and sees top sailors from the region with teams from countries like Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia participating every year.
