The Notice of Race for the 2010 edition of the Hong Kong Open Windsurfing Championship is now published.  The event, organized by the Windsurfing Association of Hong Kong (WAHK), will take place from 21st to 27th September in Tung Wan, on Cheung Chau Island.  Since its established in 1983, the Hong Kong Open has evolved into one of the major Asian tournaments on the windsurfing calendar.  Notice of Race.
