The only problem was the Victorian government, which put up "no windsurfing" signs and warned of dangerous algae. |  |

The Kona has quickly gained popularity and momentum as an all weather cruising board and as a One Design Class in its own right. LBWS thought that it was timely to investigate the board . . . |  |
